These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JLPT – AI Study – Exam Prep application (“Application”) provided by PT APPKEY (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Application. By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
1. Application Overview
JLPT – AI Study – Exam Prep is a JLPT learning application powered by artificial intelligence (AI). This application is designed to help users prepare for the JLPT exam with practice questions, exam simulations, and interactive learning materials. However, the results obtained are for learning guidance only and do not guarantee passing the exam for sure.
2. Eligibility
This application is rated 4+ on the App Store and 3+ on the Google Play Store. Although users of all ages can use the Application, parental supervision is advised for younger users. The use of this Application is at the user’s own discretion and responsibility.
3. Account
To use some features of this Application, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for providing true and accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you provide false or inaccurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon learning of any unauthorized use of your account. We will cooperate with you to mitigate any damages resulting from unauthorized use that is not your fault.
4. Usage Fees
This Application offers a free version and a subscription version. The subscription fee for the Application will be displayed in local currency within the App Store and Google Play Store for your region. Details of the subscription plan can be found within this Application. To stop the automatic renewal of your subscription, you must complete the procedure [How to Cancel]. Subscription cancellation can be done from the user account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store.

5. Prohibited Items
You are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the Application:
- Using the Application for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Application
- Compromising the security of the Application
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sale of Application content
- Violating the privacy of other users
- Providing false or misleading information
- Using the Application for purposes other than entertainment
- Assigning, lending, or sharing your login ID or password for the Application with third parties
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application and all content included in the Application (text, images, logos, etc.) are owned by us or our licensors. You may only use the Application and its contents to the extent set forth in these Terms.
7. Disclaimer
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Application, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This application is intended for entertainment purposes only. Readings provided by the Application are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information provided by the Application. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the readings provided by the Application. Your use of the Application is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PT APPKEY, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Application, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage. In no event shall our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Application exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for access to or use of the Application. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
9. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time if necessary. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting within the Application or on our website. For significant changes, we will provide reasonable prior notice. Your continued use of the Application after the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to those changes.
10. Subscription Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. If we change subscription prices, we will notify users in advance with reasonable notice. Price changes will be applied from the next subscription renewal.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
