Additionally, we can issue a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if necessary to protect customer data from being leaked to third parties. A:The maintenance services we provide are optional, which means that customers can choose whether or not to use them. We offer several maintenance service options to our customers, including:

Monthly maintenance with a 1-year contract duration, although this can be discussed further between PT. APPKEY and the customer.
Maintenance per case. This involves us taking action to address any problems that occur with the website or application made using our company’s services.

Q:What payment methods does APPKEY accept?

A:Payments can be made using the following methods:

Cash payment
Bank transfer (any administration fees from another bank will be paid by the customer)
For projects that require it, we will begin work once the customer has paid a deposit of at least 30% of the total project price.

A:We have the ability to develop applications in any field, as long as they are for the Android and iOS platforms.

Q:How long does it take to develop an application?

A:The time required to develop an application can vary depending on the features needed, ranging from 1.5 to 6 months. However, our experience shows that most applications we have worked on take around 3 months to complete.

A:Typically, when preparing for website or application development, the following items need to be provided: clear and complete information about the desired application/website, a budget, a timeline, content in the form of text and images, and a server. A:Yes, that is possible. Initially, the customer must provide the original source code and specifications of the application or website.

Q:Does APPKEY have experience in developing applications from scratch?

A:Yes, in most cases, our team is involved in the planning phase of projects that clients entrust to us.

Q:Are operational costs necessary when creating a website or application?

A:It depends on the content and operational requirements of the application. If a website or application requires professional maintenance after development, we can provide a separate maintenance contract in addition to the development contract.
