These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TarotAI application (the “App”) provided by PT APPKEY (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Overview of the Application

TarotAI is a tarot reading application that utilizes artificial intelligence (AI). The App is intended for entertainment purposes only, and its results are not scientifically proven.

2. Eligibility

The App is rated 4+ on the App Store and 3+ on the Google Play Store. While users of all ages may use the App, parental supervision is recommended for younger users. Use of this App is at the user’s own discretion and responsibility.

3. Account

In order to use some features of this App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for providing true and accurate information when creating the account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you provide false or inaccurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We will cooperate with you to mitigate any damages resulting from unauthorized use that is not your fault.

4. Fees

This application offers both a free version and a subscription version. For the subscription fee of the subscription version, please refer to the prices displayed on the App Store or Google Play Store in each country. Details of the subscription plans can be found within this application.

5. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription to the Service by turning off automatic renewal of your subscription. Cancellation of a subscription can be done through the account settings of the platform you use (App Store or Google Play Store). Please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:
(1) If you are using Apple (App Store):

• Open the “Settings” app on your device.
• Tap your Apple ID (your name).
• Tap “Subscriptions.”
• Select the subscription for this Service.
• Tap “Cancel Subscription.”
• Tap “Confirm” on the confirmation screen to confirm the cancellation.

(2) If you are using Google Play:

• Open the Google Play Store app.
• Tap the profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
• Tap “Payments & subscriptions.”
• Tap “Subscriptions.”
• Select the subscription for this Service.
• Tap “Cancel subscription.”
• Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.

Even if you cancel your subscription, you can continue to use the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for. Once the subscription cancellation process is complete, automatic renewal will be stopped and you will not be charged after the next renewal date. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by you as a result of your failure to follow the cancellation procedures set forth in this article. The cancellation procedures are subject to change without notice due to specification changes, etc. on each platform. Please refer to the help pages of each platform for the latest procedures.

6. Prohibited Items

You are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the App:

• Using the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Interfering with the normal operation of the App
• Compromising the security of the App
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sale of the contents of the App
• Infringing on the privacy of other users
• Providing false or misleading information
• Using the App for purposes other than entertainment
• Assigning, lending, or sharing your login ID or password for the App to a third party

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all content included in the App (text, images, logos, etc.) belong to us or our licensors. You may use the App and its contents only to the extent set forth in these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The App is intended for entertainment purposes only. The readings provided by the App are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the information provided by the App. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the readings provided by the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PT APPKEY, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage. In no event shall our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the App exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for access to or use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time as necessary. The revised Terms will be effective from the time they are posted within the App or on our website. For significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice in advance. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

11. Subscription Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the subscription price at any time. If we change the subscription price, we will notify users in advance with a reasonable period of time. Price changes will be applied from the next subscription renewal.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
